In most cases, it could be true. But we can make it very precisely and accurately.
With many years of Dress making and selling experience, we are quite professional on measurements of western sizes.
Besides that and before any dress is delivered, it need to be checked on measurements and quality to make sure it will meet customer's specific requirements. If in any case, the finished dress is different with the requirements of the customer, It will be remade.

 4. Can you make the dress if I provide a design or a picture?
Sure, in most cases, we can do that, actually, some dresses made by us is made per customer's designs.
You can contact us and send us the picture of the design attached with your requirements, then we check the design and your requirements, then work out the price quotation.
Before you order, we will check the all the specific requirements including measurements ,Fabrics, workmanship, time of delivery, etc, then confirm with you.
If you think everything is ok,  place an order,and your payment is received, We will start to make the dress strictly following the specific requirements we both agree on.
 5. Can I call you directly to talk  about  the dress or a business?
Yes, Sure, Usually  from 8.30 in the morning to 22.00 in the evening ( Beijing Time ), We accept phone calls and answer customer's questions.
Besides phone call, we always reply to emails in 24 hours on business days.
( for customers in US and UK, AU countries, Who can speak fluent English ),You can also leave your telephone number and arrange a time for us to call you if you have very special requirements and questions.
Our consultants will call you and answer your questions on direct phone call.
 6. I usually wear a dress in US size 4, can I order an dress in your size 4 ?
Please check our size chart for the detailed measurements, and it is better to provide us with your detailed measurements, because different size stardard has different measurements.
7. Concerning About  quality
Q: Do you have photoes of real dresses?
A: Yes, we have a catalogue of some of our  real customized wedding dresses on our website. 8.Delivery time
Q: How long will the order take?
A: Aftere your payment is received, it will usually  take 3 months to make the dress, and another 7-12 days to delivery the dress to you.
9. Payment
We accept payment by Worldfirst, or Payoneer by Which customers can make payment online by credit card, deposit card. We also accept payment by Bankwire transfer. Usually it takes 3-5 business days for wire transfer.

10. Measurements
Q: Where can I leave my measurements?
A: please leave your measurements on “comments” on your order, or you also can send email to us about your measurements. It is better to use our measurements guide as a reference, and have your measurements taken by a Professional seamstress or tailor and make sure you send us the fitted and correct measurements.
11. Color
Q: Can you make a dress exactly as pictured but a different color?
A: Yes, we can do that. You can choose the color at our color swatch, and then make sure you select the customer specified color at the product options, after that, please leave us a note on your order about the color.
12. Special requirements
Q: how do I create a customized design dress?
A: About the customized service, we can make your dress according to your ideas. You need to send us the basic pictures of the dress you like or sketches of the dresses, and tell us your detailed requirements (such as the changes you would like to make on the original dress ), and then our designer will make the final pictures (the front and the back of the dress) according to your requirements, and send the pictures we made for your confirmation. After your confirmation, We will start to make the dress as it on the final pictures  For this service, We need to charge in advance. We will make a reasonable quotation when we receive your detailed requirements, and the quotation will includes the design service fee and the production cost for your dress.
13. Delivery
Q: How do I choose the shipping method?
A: We Use TNT express courier or  EMS ( China Post Express Airmail Service ) for delivery of wedding dresses  and usually it will take 5-12 days to deliver the dress to your address.  

14. Would like to try on
Q: Do you have a store in US?
A: We don’t have any stores in US or other coutries, both our company and factories are based  in China. But because,
We are very professional and experienced on making customized dresses, and have been in this industry for many years.  If you provide us with your correct measurements, our professional tailor will make a fitted and perfect dress for you.  You don’t need to try on a lot of dress to figure out which one is the perfect, thus it will save you lots of time and money.
15. Return policy
Q: If the dress doesn’t  fit, can I return it?
A: We accept returns for refund or replacement with limited liability. If there is any quality fault, such as the fabric, materials, craftsmanship fault, after the returned dress is received.  We assure a full refund will be given to our customer. And because the dress is customized dress, You need to provide us with your correct measurements. And then our professional tailor, seamstresses will make you a fit dress. We are not responsible for unfit dress due to wrong measurements offered by customers.
